How to start a movement in under 3 minutes

I stumbled on a video from TED about the way a movement starts. It sounded so logical. The movement starts with a single person. Then a follower may join. Then subsequent followers join if they agree with the movement. It may then take off like a rocket (unless someone plays with the controls).

The final scene is a great piece of work, in my opinion. He realizes that everyone hates the current boss, but he wants help them gain freedom. You can see it dawn on his face that want HIM to lead them now!!! Everybody wants to be lead. Socialism is for babies.
